Terms & Conditions of Treatment and Education.
General agreement
By booking an appointment, purchasing a program, attending a seminar, or accessing any services or educational content through Clinic On Olive, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, patients, customers and seminar attendees.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with a booking or accessing Olive Health Clinic Services.
Nature of Services
Clinic on Olive provides naturopathic services, nutritional advice, wellness counselling, functional testing, herbal medicine, and educational content.
You acknowledge that:
Naturopathy is considered a complementary health service, and not a replacement for medical diagnosis or emergency care.
Practitioners at Clinic on Olive are Bachelor-qualified Naturopaths, not medical doctors.
No service provided constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice under Australian Law.
You must continue consulting your GP or specialist for medical concerns, ongoing prescriptions, and emergency care.
Client Responsibilities.
By booking or attending your appointment, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health information.
Inform your practitioner of any changes to your health, medications, supplements or medical care.
Seek immediate medical attention from a GP, hospital, or emergency service when required.
Not discontinue or alter prescribed medication without medical supervision.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the safety and effectiveness of your treatment plan.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are confirmed only once successfully booked through our online system or reception team.
As we are a busy clinic, we operate on strict consultation times. Your allotted appointment time e.g., 60-minute initial includes an intake/review, treatment plan formulation, prescription and reception services. We respect our client’s time immensely and strive to keep our appointments on time, every time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee (up to the full consultation fee)
Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be charged at the full rate.
If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Full fees apply.
Payment Terms
All consultation fees, testing fees, and supplement purchases must be paid in full at the time of the appointment or transaction.
Online orders for seminars or digital products are billed up front.
Clinic on Olive reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Refunds and Returns
Consultations fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Due to health regulations, supplements, herbal medicines, or consumable products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty.
All seminar tickets and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
If you cannot attend a live seminar, you may transfer your ticket to another person, seminar or online recording by notifying us in writing.
Clinic on Olive is not responsible for internet issues, device issues, or user error when accessing digital content.
Seminar recordings are only available to purchase during a time-limited period.
Functional Testing
You acknowledge that:
Functional tests are performed by third-party laboratories.
Testing fees are handled directly with the third-party company and are not associated with Clinic on Olive.
Results timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
Practitioners interpret tests according to best-practice naturopathic standards, not medical diagnostic thresholds.
Practitioners may refer a client for further assessment or review depending on results, the practitioner is not liable for outcomes of this referral.
Health Advice & Personal Responsibility
You understand and agree that:
All treatment plans, dietary recommendations, supplement protocols and lifestyle advice are general wellness support tools.
Your progress depends on your personal commitment, adherence and health circumstances.
Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health decisions.
Clinic on Olive is not liable for any loss, injury or adverse reaction arising from treatment recommendations, seminar content, supplement use or failure to follow advice.
Educational Content
By accessing or purchasing educational content, you agree that:
All information is for general education purposes only.
It does not replace personalised medical or health advice.
You will not record, distribute, resell or reproduce simar content or materials without written consent.
Access may be revoked if misuse or unauthorized sharing is identified.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Clinic on Olive complies with Australian privacy laws.
We will:
Keep your personal information confidential
Never sell or share your data with third parties except where required for treatment or by law.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and secure storage of your personal and health information.
Our practitioners greatly respect your privacy, and we greatly respect our practitioners. To protect practitioner wellbeing, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safe, secure record-keeping, Clinic on Olive has strict policies regarding communication outside of business hours and through personal channels.
By receiving treatment or accessing education through Clinic on Olive you agree that:
All communication must occur through approved clinic channels including the clinic phone number, email address, online booking platform, clinic social media.
Practitioners may not be contacted through personal channels, including (but not limited to) personal phone numbers, private email addresses, personal Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media accounts.
Messaging apps such as Messenger, WhatsApp or SMS (unless provided explicitly by the clinic for treatment reasons)
Direct contact outside of your practitioner's active clinic hours or general enquiries outside of clinic hours are not monitored and will not receive a response until either clinic reopens or, the Practitioner is active.
Clinical advice cannot be provided via social media, comments, direct messages or private accounts. These channels are not compliant for health communication and are not monitored for treatment-related queries.
If medical attention is required, clients must contact their GP, specialist or emergency services. Clinic on Olive does not provide emergency or after-hours medical care.
Any attempt to contact practitioners privately or outside approved channels may result in:
Delayed responses
No response
Redirection to clinic channels
Discontinuation of treatment where necessary to maintain practitioner safety and boundaries.
These policies exist to ensure client confidentiality, legal compliance, accurate documentation, and practitioner wellbeing.
Minors
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation and consent to treatment.
Right to Refuse Service
Olive Health Clinic may refuse service or discontinue treatment if:
A client is abusive, unsafe or does not comply with policies.
A practitioner determines that naturopathy is not suitable or safe for the client.
A conflict of interest or ethical concern arises.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australia law, Clinic on Olive and it’s practitioners are not liable for:
Any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from treatment, advice or products.
Reliance on seminar content, online education, or digital materials.
Delay in services or third-party supplies issues.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the service,
Updates to these terms.
Clinic on Olive may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, purchasing supplements or accessing education through Clinic on Olive, you confirm you:

Consent to Naturopathic care.
Acknowledge the complementary nature of services.
Accept all policies, fees and responsibilities described above.
